Summary
- The tools run in your browser. The numbers, texts and files you use in them are not sent to us.
- There are no accounts, no cookies and no ads, and you are not tracked across websites.
- The only personal data involved are the technical data any website receives (such as your IP address), handled by our hosting provider, and the emails you choose to send us.
Who is responsible
The controller of your data is Guillermo Aparicio Alonso, a private individual established in Spain, who runs this website. Contact: hello@toolpika.com. No data protection officer has been appointed, as none is required for a site of this kind.
The data you enter in the tools
Tools marked “Runs in your browser” process everything on your device. We never receive, see or store what you type or the files you open in them. If a tool ever needs a server, its page will say so clearly and this policy will be updated first.

We do not use these data to identify you, build profiles or make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell or share them with advertisers.
Service providers and transfers outside the EU
We rely on Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security, statistics and email forwarding), which acts as our processor under a data processing agreement, and on Google, which provides the mailbox where your emails are stored, under its own terms. Both may process data in the United States; those transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which both companies are certified, and by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Cookies and local storage
This site does not set cookies and does not store anything in your browser’s local storage. If this ever changes, for example to show ads, we will update this policy beforehand and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (EU and UK) you can ask us for access to your personal data and for its rectification, erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and ask for portability. Under Brazil’s LGPD you have equivalent rights, including confirmation that we process your data and information about who we share it with. Write to hello@toolpika.com; we will answer within one month. Because we do not identify visitors, for data held only in anonymous or technical form we may not be able to link it to you.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos; in Brazil, the ANPD; or the authority of the country where you live.
Children
The site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We will update this page whenever our practices change. The date at the top shows the current version.
