This site is a collection of free online tools: calculators, unit converters, and text, developer and file utilities.

A few principles guide every tool:

• The tool comes first. It is the first thing on the page, and it works without signing up.
• Your data stays with you wherever possible. Most tools run entirely in your browser. When a tool runs locally, the page says so, and nothing you type or upload is sent to a server.
• Correct results. Calculations are covered by automated tests. When a formula is involved, the page shows it so you can check the result.
• Fast pages. Pages load quickly on any device and do not run unnecessary scripts.
